Antique Handmade Hand Carved Folding Wooden Mirror Perfect Symmetry Table Top 12 1/2 Pounds Mahogany
This outstanding antique mirror has been in our family all these years.
Very unique construction. The back of each mirror is held in by a separate piece of wood 21 1/2" x 9 1/2". There are 10 screws with 10 washers that hold the wood in place.
On the top of each piece is embossed the number 15.
The total dimensions are while standing up 22" x 19". That is as far as the hinges will open. Each panel is 10" wide. The two hinges are brass.
The wood working is absolutely amazing. Perfectly symmetric. 1 1/2" Wide. Mitered corners. Exquisite pattern.
This piece weighs 12 1/2 lbs.
Meant to be used on a table although it is impressive on the floor as well as a corner statement piece.
The back of the piece does have a few blemishes. The front of the mirror is just lovely.
